Fields for Event Scheduling (CSAEVNT)


Case ID

ID of the case for which you are scheduling the event. The description appears to the right.

Event

Code identifying the event that you are scheduling. The description appears to the right.

Priority

Event priority. 1 = lowest; 9 = highest. This setting does not affect scheduling; it is used by calendar reports as a way of organizing events.

Cont

The number of times the event has been continued. Display only

Judge ID

ID of the judge who you are scheduling to hear the event. The judge's name appears to the right.

Trial

Code for the type of trial requested for the case, not the event being scheduled here. If you change it here, you change it for the case.

Rel (Related), Cons (Consolidated)

If checked, indicates whether the case is related or consolidated to another case.

Ext (Extended)

If checked, indicates the event is extended. For more about extending events, click here.

Calendar Type

Calendar for which the event is being scheduled.

Case Type

Code for the type of case (for example, criminal, traffic, etc.).

Age in Days

Age of the case. An "F" after the number of days indicates that the case has a final disposition.

Schedule, Time

Date and time that the event will start. The system fills in the day of the week.

Days, Hr (Hours), Min (Minutes)

Length of time that the event is expected to last.

Room, Locn (Location)

Room and government building where the event is to take place.

Projected

Date after which an event can be scheduled. This applies only to events created using the Automatic Event Creation process (CSPAECP).

Confirm

Indicates whether you want to reject the schedule due to a conflict or override the conflict and schedule the event.

Event Text

Free-form field of up to 4000 characters for any notes that should be attached to a case ID and event.

Sel (Select)

Checkbox that defaults to selected (checked) for the parties shown. Parties can be removed from the event by unchecking the box or by using Deselect All in the navigation frame.

Party Type

Code describing the role of the person for the current case and event.

Party ID, Name

ID and name of the person represented by the party type.

Security

The party's security level. 1 = lowest security; 9 = highest security. The security level defined for the party type on the Party Type Code Rules form (CTRPTYP) defaults into the field, but you can change it.

Phone

Telephone number for the person.

Lang (Language)

Language understood by any person who requires an interpreter.
