View Judgment Information (CDIJMTD)

Use the Judgment Inquiry form (CDIJMTD) to query on judgments for either a case or a party.

To inquire on judgments

1. You must enter one of the following for your query, but not both.

• Case ID. If you enter or search for a case ID, all  parties and associated case IDs with judgments for or against them display.

• Party ID. If you enter or search for a party ID, judgment information for or against that party displays for all cases. You can scroll to view all judgments associated with the party.

2. From the Block menu, select Next. Information displays in each of the following areas. Click on each to view more details.

• Judgment

• For

• Against

• Assessment

3. To view additional related information, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.

4. When finished querying on judgments, exit the Judgment Inquiry form (CDIJMTD).
