Creating Letters in ACS Contexte

To create letters related to your ACS Contexte cases, you can use either of the following features:

• Letter Generation lets you build letter templates, set up rules to automatically generate letters for a case, and then print letters through batch processing (printing several types of letters at once).

• On-Demand Print (ODP) lets you build mail-merge templates for letters in Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect and then print letters directly from a particular ACS Contexte form. You can print letters for multiple cases or for single cases, depending on the form you are in.
