Query on Limited Events (CMAINIT)

Overview

Fields

1. Click on the Ltd (Limited) Event tab of the Case Initiation Maintenance form (CMAINIT).

2. From the Query menu, select Enter.

3. To see all the events for the current case, select Execute from the File menu. To see only certain events, enter criteria in any of the following fields and then execute your query:

• code identifying the type of Event

• Date of the event

• Room where the event will or did occur

• Locn (Location), or government building where the event will or did occur

• Pri (Priority) assigned to the event

4. Scroll through the events by using the Up or Down arrow keys. You cannot change existing events.

To view minutes associated with an event, select the Minutes Query (CDIMINU) option in the navigation frame. This option is enabled only for scheduled events with minutes.
