  1. Click on the Traffic Details tab of the Case Initiation Maintenance form (CMAINIT).

  2. Enter the Party Type. The party's name displays to the right.

  3. From the Block menu, select Next to move to the Incident sub-tab. Any information previously entered for a moving or parking violation displays.

  4. Change information as necessary in any of the fields.

    5. If you change Posted Speed, Alleged Speed, Safety Zone, Weight Limit, Recorded Weight, or Constr/Maint, you receive an alert reminding you that bail needs to be recalculated.

  5. From the Block menu, select Next to move to the Vehicle sub-tab. Any information previously entered for a vehicle displays.

  6. Change information as necessary in any of the fields. More about updating vehicle information
