Copy All Information
To copy all information that copies when you select the individual Dockets, Parties, and Violations buttons, select the Copy All radio button.
The
Copy All selection works differently than the individual selections for
dockets, parties, and violations. With Copy All, you cannot choose which
dockets, parties, and violations to copy as you can with the individual
selections. Also, you cannot exclude case notes, docket or violation text,
or DMS records.
Any rules assigned to the Copy To docket code are applied during the copy. However, the Copy To docket rules are the only rules that will be applied using the Copy All feature.
In addition to the information copied when you individually copy dockets, parties, and violations, Copy All copies additional information including:
Docket and docket text. If the copied docket code has an automatic docket text rule set up on the Automatic Docket Text Association Rule form (CTRADOC), the rule does not apply when the docket is copied. This is in order to protect the existing docket text.
If the Copy To docket code
has any rules or fees associated with it, the rules will apply and the
fees will be added to the case when you save the docket code.
Sealed dockets, if you have access to sealed dockets. If you do not have access to sealed dockets, only unsealed dockets are copied.
Arrest information.
Traffic details (incident and vehicle information).
Violations and enhancements; violation text; probable cause; probable cause text; pleas; and dispositions.
If rules to automatically calculate
bail are set up on the Uniform Bail/Penalty Schedule Rule form (CTRUBPS),
they do not apply
when using the Copy
All feature.
Party associations.
Party associations are not included
when only the Copy Parties button is used.
Party status history.
Case status history. All history records are copied regardless of whether or not rules are set up in the Copy To location.
All case-related DMS records. If content files are attached to the case, the Copy Case Related DMS Records box is checked and cannot be unchecked when you select Copy All.
All case and case-party notes. (The Notes checkbox is disabled when you select Copy All.)
