Use the Mass Rescheduling form (CSAMASS) to reschedule multiple events at one time.

    • Judge ID. Search

    • Event

    • Room

    • Location

    • Date, Time

    • Cal (Calendar) Type.

  3. To have ACS Contexte perform conflict-checking during the rescheduling process, select the Conflict Checking box. Leave the field blank to have the system override any scheduling conflicts it encounters.

  4. To execute the query, select Next from the Block menu. ACS Contexte displays the cases and events meeting your criteria.

    • Judge ID. Search

    • Calendar

  7. Previously entered Event Text displays below the case and event information. You can update or delete the text, or enter new text if necessary.

  8. To change the judge or enter dockets for multiple events, select Change Judge in the navigation frame.

  9. Save. If you selected Conflict Checking, ACS Contexte checks for scheduling conflicts. Only users with the appropriate permission can elect to override the conflict.

  10. Generate/DRAW32.gif When you reschedule an event, ACS Contexte executes any event rule defined for the event on the Event Rules form (CTREVNT). For more about CTREVNT, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

  11. When you are finished, Exit the Mass Rescheduling form (CSAMASS)
