Inquire on A Case's Dockets (CDIDOCT)
Use the Docket Query form (CDIDOCT) to view docket entries filed on a case. Docket entries are listed according to date of entry with the most recent entry listed first.
To inquire on dockets
Open the Docket Query form (CDIDOCT). The form opens in query mode.
Enter or search for a Case ID. The description displays in the field to the right.
From the Block menu, select Next to execute the query. ACS Contexte displays the following in the middle block.
Filing Date and Time of the docket entry.
Code representing the docket and the Docket Description
Filing Party. Party who filed the docket entry.
Jmt (Judgment). Yes or No indicates whether a judgment is associated with the docket entry. To view judgment for or against information, select Judgment (CDQJMTD) in the navigation frame. This navigation frame option is enabled only if "Yes" appears in the Jmt field.
Image. If checked, indicates a content file is attached to the record. The file can be any electronic file that can be maintained through your third party document management system (DMS). You can view the content file using the DMS Window available from the navigation frame.
eFile. If checked, indicates the case was filed electronically.
To display associations for the selected docket, select Next from the Block menu and choose the appropriate option:
Text. When checked, you see Docket Text associated with the current docket.
To view judgment for or against information, select Judgment Qry (CDIJMTD) in the navigation frame. This navigation frame option is enabled only when you highlight a docket code associated with a case status that has a disposition indicator of Y (partial disposition) or F (full disposition).

To perform additional related tasks, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.
To view the relationships between dockets, scroll to the desired docket and look at the following caused and resulting associated dockets information displayed at the bottom of the form.
Resultant/Caused buttons indicate whether the current docket resulted from another docket or caused another docket.
Filing Date and Time of the associated docket.
The associated docket Code and Docket Description.
Filing Party. This is the party who filed the associated docket.
Text related to the associated docket. To see the complete text, you must select Edit from the Edit menu.
Jmt (Judgment). Yes or No indicates whether a judgment exists for the associated docket. To view judgment details, scroll to the desired record (must have Yes in the Jmt field) and select Judgment Qry (CDIJMTD) in the navigation frame.
If necessary, select Next from the Block menu and scroll to view all associated dockets.
The docket in the middle block either
resulted from or caused the docket in the bottom block.
To perform additional related tasks, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.
When you've finished, Exit the Docket Query form (CDIDOCT).
