Change or Delete Violations (CMADISP)
Use the Violation tab of the Related Disposition form (CMADISP) to change, delete, or view violations for a case and party. You can view violations with an associated disposition and sentence, but you cannot make changes to them unless you first delete the disposition and sentence. Fee considerations when changing or deleting a violation
Only the current violation information displays on this tab. You can view a history of violation changes/deletions by selecting Violation History in the navigation frame. This option is enabled only if there are changed or deleted violations for the case ID and party ID entered at the top of the form.
When you change or delete a violation, ACS
Contexte executes any rules defined for the violation on the Violation
Rules form
(CTRCRUL). For
more about CTRCRUL, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.
Violation rules
can be defined for each court, location, and case type combination. For
more information, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

If the violation you want to change has site-defined
data assigned to it, you see an alert warning you that site-defined data
for the violation must be removed before you can change the violation.
To remove site-defined data, select Violation (COASITE) from the navigation
frame to access the Site Define Fields Update form (COASITE). For more
about COASITE, see the ACS Contexte Setup Manual.

frame.
