Entering Pleas, Dispositions, Sentences, Special Conditions, and Programs for Violations

The Related Disposition form (CMADISP) centralizes much of the information necessary to dispose of charges on a civil, criminal, juvenile, or traffic case. The form lets you enter, change, or delete pleas, dispositions, sentences, special conditions, and programs, as well as enter or dispose of violation enhancements. You can also change or delete violation information and view the history of changes and deletions to violations, pleas, dispositions, and sentences. Tab Availability

To enter pleas, dispositions, sentences, special conditions, and programs

1. Enter or search for a Case ID.

2. Enter or search for a Party ID. The system fills each tab with information pertaining to the IDs entered.

3. Select a tab based on what you want to do. To access the Violation tab from the top of CMADISP, select Next from the Block menu. To access the other tabs, simply click on them.

Enter, change, or delete special conditions

Enter, change, or delete programs

4. To view or enter additional violation information for CaseStats reporting, select CaseStats Options in the navigation frame.

5. To perform additional tasks or view additional information, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.

6. Exit when you are finished.
