1. Open the Scheduling Query form (CSISCHE). The form opens in query mode.

  2. To narrow your search, enter or select the desired criteria at top of the form.

  3. From the Block menu, select Next to execute the query. Click here to see descriptions of the information that displays for the records meeting your criteria.

  4. If necessary, you can narrow the display further by querying on the Case ID, Event, Cal(endar) Type, Date, Room, or Location fields.

  5. To view the docket code description of a docket code displayed in the Stat field along with other details about the docket, select List from the Help menu or press F9 on your keyboard to open the Docket Association Entry form (CDADOCT).

  6. To find out whether a docket entered in Stat caused the event or resulted from it, select Causal Docket in the navigation frame.

  7. To view minutes associated with the event, select the Minutes Query (CDIMINU) option in the navigation frame. This option is enabled only for scheduled events with minutes.

  8. To reschedule an event, click in the event's Case ID field and select Event Change (CSARSCH) in the navigation frame. The Supervisor Event Change form (CSARSCH) form opens.

  9. Selecting the list brings up an Options List window from which you can select Person/Case History (CMIPCHI) or Reschedule (CSARSCH).

  10. To schedule additional events, select Scheduling (CSAEVNT) in the navigation frame. The Event Scheduling form (CSAEVNT) opens.

  11. To view attendees for an event, click in the Event field for the desired case and press Shift-F2. The Event Personnel form (CSAPTYP) opens.

  12. Selecting the list brings up an Options List window from which you can select Event Personnel (CSAPTYP) or a list of Non-Paper Event Type Codes.

  13. To perform additional related tasks, select the appropriate option in the navigation frame.

  14. When you've finished, Exit the Scheduling Query form (CSISCHE).
