Print a Letter Using Letter Generation

  1. On the desired case, enter the event, docket, or violation that you've tied to a paper/service event rule.

  2. If the rule is a docket rule defined on Docket Rules (CTRDRUL) or Action Item Rules (CTRARUL), run the Automatic Event Creation process (CSPAECP) on the Process Submission Control form (GJAPCTL).

  3. On the Paper Event/Letter Generation Initiation form (CLAINIT), select the paper/service event for printing and then call the Process Submission Control form (GJAPCTL) to print the letter.

  4. On the Paper Event/Docketing Approval form (CLAREVW), verify that the letter printed so that ACS Contexte will update the case's docket, or select the letter for reprinting.
