  1. Select Next from the Block menu to move to the Party tab.

  2. From the Query menu, select Enter.

  3. To see all the parties for the current case, select Execute from the File menu. To see only certain parties, enter criteria in any of the following fields and then execute your query:

  4. Scroll through the parties by using the Up and Down arrow keys.

  5. If necessary, change the Confidential Address field.

  6. If the Image check box is selected for an existing person or organization entry, it indicates one or more content files are attached. Content files can be any electronic file that can be maintained through your third party document management system (DMS). To learn how to perform any of the following actions on an attached content file, click the appropriate link.

  7. Save.
